Major Change to AZ Down Payment Assistance programs!

As of Jan 2 2018 the grant funds will move from a gift at closing to a forgivable 2nd mortgage forgiven over 36 months. Therefore if you sell within the first 36 month you will be required to pay back a portion and if you refi you will need approval from the 2nd mortgage holder.
